How to Buy Tickets

Select Ticket

Choose your ticket type, quantity, referral, and source.

Complete Payment

Pay using QRIS or manual bank transfer when available.

Receive QR Ticket

After confirmation, your QR ticket will be shown and sent to your email.

Save your transaction link until the payment and ticket status are fully confirmed. If the email does not appear in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.

No. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal cancellation, schedule conflicts, failure to attend, or arriving after the permitted entry period.
Purchase tickets only through the official BURNOUTT website and official event links. Avoid unofficial resellers or unknown payment links.
Your QR ticket is issued after your payment is confirmed. It will appear on the transaction page and may also be sent to your registered email.
If you already paid but the status still shows pending, do not cancel the transaction. Wait a few minutes, refresh the transaction page, and contact Ticket Assistance if the status does not update.
Late entry depends on the ticket terms and venue policy. A late fee may apply for a limited period. After that period, entry may be refused or redirected to the final door charge.
